Provides production support. May perform minor preventative maintenace and repairs.Qualifications

PrincipalDuties and Tasks, but not limited to;
oWorks within the Corteva policies (Quality andEHS&S), ensuring and maintaining laboratory safety, participating in localsafety reporting strategy (safety observation, near miss reporting etc,)
oCompletes the testing of all routine samples received at QC lab(product, in-process, raw materials, contamination prevention, waste wateretc,) and communicates the results to manufacturing personnel in a timely fashion, ensuring there is no delay resultingfrom the lab analysis,
oEnsures ahigh standard of housekeeping in the laboratory by maintaining a clean andtidy work space,
oJdentifies, communicates andparticipates in investigations for all laboratory unplannedevents,
oPerform routine validation and calibration ofinstruments and other equipment Pe1form routine preventive maintenance oflaboratory equipment's as per schedule and troubleshoot equipment issues,
oPrepare and validate of analytical standards asrequired,
oIdentify opportunities for improvements and participate as neededinimprovementprojects.
oRecord all testing results as detailed in localoperating procedures; release and generate COAs for finished goods to meetshipmentrequirements,
oDraft/review/update lab SOPs if needed and ensure compliance to labSOPs at alltimes,
oPerform non-routine analysis when required (e,g,customer complaint queries or shelf life extensionsprojects),
oMaintain laboratory stock of consumable items and ensure replenishmentasnecessary
oEnsure retain samples arestored and loggedappropriately.
oHasunderstanding of processesfor supportedunits
oContinuously improve andleverages analytical bestpractices
oProvidesupp01t to the units for troubleshooting related to quality control activities(analytical equipment,LIMS)
oCommunicate analytical issues to department leadershipwhen issues impact process or lab safety or productcompliance,
oMonitor and improve analytical system performance andcapability,
oProvide training/coaching - both technical andnon-technical for new team member and operationspersonnel
oAnticipate analytical andproduct quality problems and addressproactively,
