We do this by creating new Services initiatives and supporting the day-to-day fulfilment and trading of our Services portfolio.About the Role:As a QA Technician & Customer Support, you will provide crucial technical support on TWG products specifically TV’s. Supporting the customer services team, you will be required to assist with all repairs of a technical nature and managing spare parts for TWL product repairs (TV).Main Responsibilities but will include:Providing prompt & timely Technical Support to our network for our branded TV’sQuality Assurance & quality control of TWG branded TV’sTechnical Diagnostic and fault repairsProduct investigationsProviding technical support to customers via phoneInvestigating complaints and product faults and providing solutionsCompleting repairs to the required standard with minimal re-service/return rateAccurately documenting repairs/complete job sheetsDocument, Code and Manage Spare partsEnd of Month Administration on Spare parts to our repair NetworkVerifying Spare parts and assisting Logistics TeamAbout You:Due to the specific nature of the role, we are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in television repair or a similar electronics fields. Additional previous experience in testing & servicing electronic devices will also be an advantage. You will have gained a tertiary qualification in Electronics, have an Electrical registration under NZ Electrical Board (EAS) (ESTA) and have strong knowledge and experience with electronic equipment.To thrive in our new structure and ways of working, equally important is your adaptability and drive for continuous improvement, focused on raising the bar and exceeding customers’ needs at every opportunity.More About Us:What's in it for you?
