Purepine Factory Supervisor

Purepine Mouldings is our secondary processing plant that produces interior and exterior finished timber products for the domestic and export markets.
The Purepine Factory Supervisor will oversee the complete running of the Purepine factory operations in accordance with planned schedules. You will work closely with the Production Planners and Sales team to ensure your internal customers are satisfied.
A key activity of this role is supervising the 4 Purepine team leaders. This will involve overseeing their work, engaging in performance management, and training and development activities, as well as disciplinary matters as required
Qualifications which are preferable but not essential to the role include:
• A management qualification
• Phytosanitary certificate
• Forklift license
Essential experience:
• Managing or supervising others
• Experience using Microsoft products
Preferable Experience:
• Experience in timber processing and remanufacturing would be advantageous
• Experiencing working with Human Resources
• Timber management software or stock control systems
