Purchasing and Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Purchasing and Customer Service Representative to join our excellent Albany based team which plays a key role in providing front line service to our customers InterMed Medical Ltd is a wellestablished New Zealand owned company providing quality products to both public and private hospitals and private clinics including Specialists Doctors and Surgeons If you want to be part of a team that really do make a difference then this is the role for you We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service while looking to develop their skills in this unique mix of Customer Service combined with purchasing and procurement This role will keep you on your toes provide you with variety and the ability to multitask This role involves Dealing directly with internal and external customers either by telephone electronically or face to face Responding promptly to customer enquiries Monitor stock movement and trends to identify appropriate supplier orders required Establishing and maintaining appropriate levels of inventory Management of external Consignment Case Stock General correspondence and maintaining relationships with overseas suppliers Costing and receipting of supplier shipments Processing orders forms applications and requests Support and back up to the rest of the Customer Service team The ideal candidate will have Knowledge and or experience in Procurement Supply Management Import or Export and Consignment Stock Management Have Customer Service experience Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Had experience with Propella Business Management Software Be a selfmotivated team player with a cando attitude Be able to multi task and prioritise Have strong attention to detail Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally If you believe you have the experience and enthusiasm to join our team and are looking for a role that offers a bit more we would love to hear from you You will join a wellrespected company with a friendly team culture who work hard celebrate success and have a passion for making a difference Simply click the Apply button to submit your application Applicants for this position should have New Zealand Residency or Citizenship
