Company Description The Shared Transaction Centre (STC) is the University of Auckland’s centralised ‘Purchase to Pay’ centre.Weperform an operational function, consolidating high volume financialtransaction activities relating toall aspects of the purchase to pay process for the entire University.

We aimto deliver effective and efficient transactions through standardised processes, loweringcosts, enhancingfinancialgovernance,ongoing improved compliance and risk management.

Bring your excellent customer service and administrative skills and join our Accounts Payable team with the Shared Transaction Centre, to provide support to staff and customers

Responsible for all transactional processes within STC, ensuring all mandatory data is present and policies have been adhered to within agreed service level agreements and to re-educate where issues are identified. Including but not limited to;

- Requisitions/PO requests
- Invoice processing
- Match exceptions, receipting
- Payment cycles
- T&E and Cash Advance
- Vendor maintenance
- Customer and supplier queries.

To be successful in this role, you will enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume working environment and a positive, supportive team atmosphere. Please include in your cover letter detail and evidence of your skills and experience for communication, problem-solving and customer service.
