The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas within our facility, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff.Supervise and coordinate the activities of public area cleaning staffDevelop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanlinessConduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standardsManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as neededTrain new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocolsAddress and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to public areasCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operationsImplement and maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulationsPrepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and areas for improvementContinuously seek ways to improve efficiency and guest satisfactionQualifications3-5 years of experience in hospitality or facility managementPrevious supervisory experience in a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in inventory management systemsIn-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocolsUnderstanding of hospitality industry standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)Certifications in safety and sanitation (preferred)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to walk and stand for extended periodsFamiliarity with local regulations and cultural sensitivities in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
