We are seeking a proactive Psychology Coordinator to keep our small office running smoothly and to monitor, track and respond in a timely manner to the diverse email requests that our team receive. You will assist with planning and task coordination of wellbeing initiatives, selection activities, training and post activity follow-up support. We also require wellbeing data to be collected and entered for analysis.
Ideally you are someone who's organised, resourceful, and ready to make an impact as we rely on your experiences to shake up our processes and systems to make them more efficient and effective.
Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is an option of working from home up to two days per week.
This is a fixed term parental leave opportunity expiring 1 May 2026.
The role is based at Trentham, close to train station or free onsite parking.

If you are a creative thinker with an eye for detail, enjoy creating efficient systems and processes, and thrive in a collaborative, culture-focussed environment, we'd love to hear from you.
You will also have proven experience (ideally 3+ years) working in office administration, data management, and scheduling. Ideally you have worked in an environment dealing with sensitive information and have a high degree of professionalism and able to navigate complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity. Please be prepared to talk to us about this if you are invited for an interview.
Excellent communication skill, both written and oral, including sound telephone technique to be directive and set and maintain boundaries is imperative for this role.
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand (NZ) and be able to obtain and maintain the required level of NZ Government security clearance for the position applied for. If you currently hold a security clearance, that would be very advantageous.
This role may require occasional domestic travel as you travel with our team for conferences and meetings.

Higher Level Security Clearance
* You must be a New Zealand citizen or you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa.
* At minimum, you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, and you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last ten (10) years.
* You must have a ten (10) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
