About the role | Mo te tunga
We have an exciting opportunity for Psychologists to join our team based in Palmerston North.
You will work as part of a team that spreads across two men's prisons and eight Community Corrections site (working with both men and women) throughout the districts of Manawatu, Horowhenua and Whanganui.
This is a flexible, and family friendly team where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of Clinical Psychologists who are extremely passionate about their work, you will be working with high and complex needs clients for assessment and to provide therapy.
This professional role calls for someone who:
Is reliable with strong communication skills
Has a minimum of a Masters degree in Psychology and registration with the NZ Psychologist Board
Is an excellent problem solver who can work across cultures

Please note that applicants must hold registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and will be required to complete a full disclosure criminal history check and pre-employment drug tests.
The position is salaried from $74,604-$117,300 depending on the experience and competency level of the successful applicants.
