About the Role:
The role of Customer Care – Provisioning will have you process, coordinate and ensure successful delivery of customer service requests to meet business SLA’s.
This is a varied role and requires someone with excellent customer service, technical aptitude and someone who is naturally curious!
The day to day of this role will vary between supporting end customers and your business partners – therefore building relationships and excellent communication is a must in this role.
Some of your duties will include:
Interpret customer requests and ensure delivery of the customer requests
Create, process, issue and complete service orders.
Process, co-ordinate and track the customer request to ensure that customer’s expectations are met.
Provide the customer with regular feedback on work in progress, where appropriate.

About You:
Ideally you would have experience in a telecommunications background and / or in a contact centre environment where you have been responsible for handling a high volume of calls. You must have excellent communication skills, be a strong problem solver and have strong numerical skills. Agility, empathy, patience and clear communication are essential qualities our client is looking for.
