As the Proposition Lead you will be reviewing, researching and developing new and existing client propositions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Propositions: Lead long-term segment propositions, conduct market analysis, and collaborate on business plans.Analyse and Report: Use data to support profitability and growth.Strategic Input: Contribute to strategic discussions and ensure alignment with FMG's plans.Relationship Management: Maintain key stakeholder relationships and communicate initiatives.Networking: Attend industry events and community gatherings.What you bringQualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification.Experience: 5+ years in product management, agribusiness, or a commercial role in Financial Services. Experience in Rural and Provincial business or Farming.Skills: Strong business awareness, market knowledge, and understanding of rural and insurance products.
