Our team is small but passionate, focused on delivering the best possible experiences and outcomes for our owners and tenants.Right now, we're seeking a property manager to join our busy team, managing an established property portfolio with plenty of potential for growth.We have a separate Letting team to manage the tenant selection process, which allows you to focus your can-do attitude and practical problem-solving skills on delivering stunning results for our property owners and tenants.We're proud of our team culture, where we work together, help each other out and leave our egos at the door.

Under your attentive care, and with the support of our expert property management team, you and your portfolio will flourish.Responsibilities include:Oversee the day-to-day operations of your property portfolio, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, lease agreements, and maintenance requirements.Address tenant concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions.Build trusting relationships with property owners and investors through professional, regular, and open communication.Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, rent collections, and eviction processes as necessary.Coordinate and enforce property rules, policies, and procedures.Stay up to date with laws and regulations pertaining to property management.Maintain accurate records, documents, and reports related to property operations and compliance.Mitigate risks and liabilities by identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.To succeed in this role, you will have:Customer focus with a positive attitude and outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven organization and priority management skills.Resilience and ability to manage customer service issues.Proven administration skills, including strong Microsoft Office skills.Meticulous attention to detail.A genuine interest in property management and the industry.Energy, enthusiasm, a sense of humor, and enjoy working in a team environment.Residential Property Management Level 4 qualification is preferred but not essential.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's license?Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
