Our modern and comfortable office is located in Addington.Benefits package includes Birthday off, free carparking, regular wellness initiatives, celebrations and events, Employee Assistance Programme, learning and development opportunities plus access to a shared hybrid work vehicle for work purposes.Responsibilities includeTenant relations including lease interpretation, lease negotiations, renewals, dispute resolution and general relationship management.Collaborate with Facilities Managers to ensure assets are well maintained.Preparation, management and reconciliation of budgets and financial reports for properties alongside the Asset, Facilities and Finance teams.Support the Asset Managers with various value add initiatives to ensure the portfolio is managed in line with goals and objectives.Management and coordination of all aspects relating to client meetings.Utilising Re-leased and Xero software to strategically manage portfolios.Regular reporting on activity and performance.Some travel may be required.Skills and Experience5+ years experience in commercial property management.Bachelor of Property or similar qualification from accredited NZ University preferred.Proven experience in budget management and financial reporting.Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment within tight time frames.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Strong experience in lease administration and renewal negotiations.Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work well under pressure.Please note: It is a requirement that you must already hold a NZ Passport or valid working visa to apply for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
