The Role
You will be involved in the servicing of a high end, well-managed portfolio all located walking distance from your office!
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
Conducting open homes and open for inspections
Ingoing & outgoing inspections
Routine inspections & Saturday work
Diary Management
Prepare properties for online advertising
Lease sign ups
Preparing leases and lease packs
Ad hoc administration duties
Use of RP Office program

The Candidate:
2 year previous Real Estate Leasing experience
A current Agents Representative Certificate
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Knowledge of RP Office is highly regarded
