Farmlands Real Estate has a clear vision to provide full real estate services to our 67,000 shareholders throughout provincial New Zealand.
We're seeking a Property Manager to be based out of our Hokitika branch for a part time 30 hours a week position.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for establishing and growing the property management side of our operation within the area.

You will need to have:
Strong administration experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detai
A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Previous property management experience would be preferable but not essential
A full clean driver's licence
