We are seeking an experienced and friendly IT Support professional to join our team in either our Napier or Wellington office.TPG advises on delivering the critical roads, rail and bridges that connect us, the spaces and buildings where our vibrant communities live, and the essential public facilities we rely on.

We are building a stronger New Zealand, together.About the jobOur property consultancy team are a talented group of people who apply their expertise, knowledge, and passion in the work they do for our clients every day.This is an exciting opportunity to join our property team and contribute to important projects that impact all New Zealanders such as transport, energy, housing, and education.Some of the work you will be involved with on a typical day includes:Researching and advising on land status and property rights.Negotiating property acquisitions and easements for infrastructure projectsand managing the delivery of survey and legal registration actions.Facilitating and managing the disposal of Local and Central Government-owned land that is surplus to requirements.About youWe are interested in hearing from people from diverse backgrounds.
If you have the skills and experience below, or the potential to develop these, we would love to hear from you.We are looking for someone with at least three years of property experience, and we are happy to hear from those at the senior level as well.
Either way, you will have a solid understanding of the property industry in Aotearoa.
You will have a genuine interest in consultancy, and a background in a consultancy environment would be a plus, but not a deal breaker.
You will be comfortable dealing with clients, committedto delivering a superior client experience, solving problems, and thinking creatively to find solutions.You will be a top-notch communicator, able to write and present your ideas clearly and confidently.
Most importantly, you will be focused on quality and always take pride in your work.With a variety of projects constantly on the go, you'll be a team player and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.You are accountable and take responsibility for your contribution within a multi-team project delivery.
Building strong relationships and working collaboratively will be second nature to you.You recognise, understand and appreciate the importance of accountability and responsibility for your role.
