Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for conducting an assert verification of all council properties. This requires:
1 Photos
2 Condition assessment
3 Model and serial numbers
4 QR tagging the unit
5 Measuring the m2
6 The capacity
7 Manufacture dates
We are looking for experienced candidates that have a background in property, trade and or facility management. Most importantly a strong understanding of the following:
First and foremost, we are looking for candidates that have a great attention to detail, be quick and accurate with using and typing on a smart phone and be extremely reliable to be able to work alone and liaise with site contacts.
