Responsibilities:
Cost efficiency.

Contract preparation, administration, and document control. Establish and maintain Quantity Surveying/Procurement processes.

Cost Estimation and Planning.

Verification of progress payment claims.

Compiling and submission of variation claims. Variation Management

Accurate cost reporting and forecasting, maximising cost efficiency.

Final accounts.

The successful candidate will have the following proven NZ experience:
5 years minimum experience in NZ construction as a proven Project Quantity Surveyor. Apartment projects $20m value upwards.

Extensive knowledge of New Zealand building codes and regulations.

Relevant Quantity Surveying degree.

Strong documentation and organisation skills.

Contracts, procurement processes and documentation.

* Strong attention to detail. * Excellent computer skills.
Good communication skills with staff, management and clients.
