Project Marketing Manager fixed term 6 months PlaceMakers is a dynamic interesting and fast paced environment to work in As a successful business unit within the wider Fletcher Building Group we are on the journey to becoming the undisputed market leader within our industry With a number of interesting initiatives underway we are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to join us for a fixed term 6 month period 1 Marketing Automation Our system is Marketo and we are looking for someone with marketing automation experience to come in and work with us to set up the customer journeys within the systems and link the appropriate automation stories to be triggered at the appropriate stages 2 Loyalty Programme We have had a loyalty programme for a long time however it has required a review to bring it in line with what our customers really want Work has been done and we have a solid idea of what this needs to look like the next step is implementation and driving it forward and that is where you will come in Although you will be part of a wider marketing team this will be a fairly autonomous role We will still be looking for someone with good leadership skills as this role will have a high level of stakeholder management across functions such as Merchandise and IT as well as out branch network So we will be looking for someone who is able to influence a positive outcome This role will suit a Senior Marketing professional or a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in delivering successful marketing projects Naturally any experience relating to marketing automation and loyalty schemes will leap out at us This is a fastpaced working environment which is typical of the retail sector so you will be someone known for being nimble and action oriented in terms of getting things done The successful candidate will have strong business and commercial acumen and be a clear and confident communicator with the ability to develop meaningful relationships across all aspects of our business There is a lot happening in our world with a significant focus on our customer and how we better deliver to their needs in all ways in which they touch our business and all ways in which we can support and be front of mind for them too For anyone with ambition the projects we have listed above will look good on your CV and we d like to think that more doors will open which will provide further opportunities for us to talk to you about This is a great opportunity for someone truly looking to make a positive impact and in return be recognised and valued for the important role you play within this To register your interest please hit the apply now option or you can visit the Jobs tab at www placemakers co nz reference PMK 15985 Should you require further information please contact Kirsty Moffat on 021 300 989
