As Project Manager, you'll work closely with the Executive team within the business, as well as Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers, overseeing strategic planning, risk management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Success in this role comes down to strong leadership, the ability to motivate teams, and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are ready to make an impact, this is your chance to step up and deliver.Key Responsibilities:Lead the charge in project planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of service.Develop and manage project timelines and construction programs, keeping everything on track.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth operations.Champion a strong health and safety culture, prioritising well-being at every project phase.Oversee cost control and budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and accurate reporting.Ensure quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance, maintaining excellence in every build.Lead and inspire site teams, collaborating closely with the Quantity Surveyor for project success.About You:You will be a proven Project Manager with 3+ years of commercial construction experience, actively looking to step up into an intermediate or senior PM role with a leading team.You will also be proficient in project management software, comfortable leveraging systems to streamline processes.Experience managing projects over $15 million is highly desirable and a New Zealand or Australian-recognised trade qualification would be an advantage.Above all, you have a strong track record of leading teams and delivering successful large-scale projects.
