Are you looking for a change and a fresh start to 2019?
Signature Homes in Nelson are expanding again and require an energetic Project Manager / Construction Supervisor to manage the build of multiple residential homes.
You must be an excellent communicator and problem solver.
We are looking for an individual who would fit within our current culture.
Having experience in the local Construction industry would be an advantage and a current LBP number.
This is not a Job to sit back and relax in, the successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing projects, working under pressure and delivering on time and on budget.
It will suit someone with a lot of energy and is focused on delivering a quality home to our clients.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
