Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for another lead Project Manager to be part of our turnkey laboratory fit-out project delivery team. Leading projects through the design, consenting, and on-site construction phases of complete laboratories fit-outs. You Will Be Responsible For:All aspects of the project - budget/cost management, programme management, client communication & project management Subcontractor & supplier management & negotiations Motivating and inspiring the sites teams to deliver work to a high standardEnsuring a high level of customer service is delivered during the duration of the projects Quality assurance and health and safety dutiesDeveloping and maintaining quality, positive relationships with suppliers and contractorsReview and oversight of all projects specific documents including implementation and complianceJob Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDesign development and reviewsProject Coordination – post-contract award through to project delivery Client communication Scheduling and preparing projects with the projects team for productionInventory management Financial management of projects Working through delivery details & logistics Continuous improvement – exploring and developing strategies to enhance delivery processes and the client experienceAssisting with new production planning system implementationExperienceExperience in the following a would be an advantage:Project ManagementCost & Budget ManagementClient CommunicationLaboratory and/or Healthcare Design/Construction ProjectsIf you think this sounds like you please email your CV detailing how you'd be a great fit for the role to ****** and we'll be in touch!Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
