The Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) role provides business analysis, project planning and management for established initiatives within EROAD and initiates and delivers core projects that support the continued innovation of the organisation.
This role will ensure that projects are scoped and completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. This position is responsible for managing a multitude of projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are tracked appropriately and done in accordance with timelines set by management.
This is an essential position requiring a highly self-motivated individual contributor, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once, the ability to collaborate with various teams within EROAD, including management, product & engineering, onboarding & implementation and more.The Role
The PM/BA is responsible for developing and executing strategy of core company projects while maintaining timelines and budget. Basic responsibilities include:
Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders across multiple departments to initiate and define project requirements, goals, scope, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines
Lead business and technical initiatives by laying out clearly defined project plans with assigned owners for each relevant department
Take big picture view to coordinate, plan and ensure overall release planning, execution & readiness
Report, escalate and facilitate solutions for risk mitigation for all risks, blockers, and status of assigned initiatives to appropriate stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments to prioritise and determine internal resource capacity to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
Coordinate between all impacted teams, as well as dependencies for multiple initiatives
Directly manage all steps of project delivery by influencing and ensuring key leaders\' accountability for deliverables
Representing and articulating EROAD?s value proposition to customers & partners to both business & technical audiences during meetings, and customer engagements.
Some travel may be required.
Requirements
Capable of effectively managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop
Problem-solver with solution-oriented mindset and ability to motivate teams
Process oriented and highly organized with ability to establish comprehensive execution plans
Excellent and proven communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated experience with internal and external stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Experience in meeting planning, facilitation, and public speaking
Well-developed negotiation skills and experience with conflict management
Proficient with Project Management, and solution design and delivery tools (Jira / Figma or similar)
Positive attitude and aptitude for customer & partner success
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for process and results.
Ability to paint a vision or image of business success with prospects and customersOur ideal BA/PM must have:
5+ years commercial experience
PMP Certification or equivalent work experience.
Extensive experience within a business analysis role
