Project Manager - Auckland

The role:
Franklin Smith are searching for high-performing Project Managers to add value, diversity, experience and most importantly deliver end-to-end management services for their clients.

Key tasks:

Deliver design and build project management advice
Proposal preparation, job delivery, work planning and financial management tasks
Show initiative and provide practical advice to identify solutions to job specific challenges
Working alongside the construction delivery teams to execute major projects from site assessment and design through to handover
Contract Management

Ideal candidate:

A minimum of 4 years' construction project management experience (consultancy preferred)
Civil Engineering or Construction Management tertiary qualification
Experience with rail, land development, vertical build, civil, roading projects
An eye for detail
Team player
