We are looking for a project Manager to join our team, Voices of Whanau and Community within Oranga Tamariki, on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership and support for the design and implementation of the Whanau Experience Survey.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a flexible approach to project work and be innovative in problem solving. You'll be able to demonstrate experience applying the full range of project management methodology and produce tracking and status reports across the programmes of work. In addition, you will be comfortable working with multiple project / programme leads and their teams to deliver results.

Your relationship management focus will allow you to engage and influence at all levels, to support collaboration and implementation. It goes without saying you'll be a high-level communicator capable of establishing credibility quickly with a diverse audience.

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will be expected to have:
proven experience in managing a range of projects
an ability to monitor, track and report on project status and success / benefits targets
advanced ability to plan, manage and deliver projects
What team you will work with?
The Voices of Whanau and Community team is responsible for ensuring the voices of whanau and community are reflected in policies, services and practices designed to improve whanau wellbeing and connection to whanau, hapu and iwi.
