ABOUT THE ROLE
Your proven working experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology sector and thus a sound understanding of business systems especially within R&D projects related to supply chain operations will make you the ideal candidate for this role. The position requires experience with Agile orientated Programme/ Projects management and a solid understanding of ERP Systems integration.
DUTIES
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Developing detailed project plan/s to track progress, communication plan/s, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong stakeholder management
Solid understanding of ERP Systems integration
Exposure or experience in Jade would be beneficial.
Great written and verbal communication
Experience in change management
Great project documentation and presentation skills
