Project Lead, 3 Waters Construction

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Based out of the DOC Taupo office, you will project manage this crucial redevelopment project, focused on upgrading the existing three waters infrastructure. You will form part of the team to successfully deliver the project to the planned scope time and budget. Throughout the duration of the assignment you will be required to produce timely reports and status updates. Subsequently, you will ensure the project is integrated well into the department, prepare the smooth handover to business as usual and produce the final project report. The duration of the project is until September 2022.

Experience as a three waters engineer, or be an experienced project manager who has successfully delivered three waters projects in the past.
Experienced in project managing contractors and external consultants to successfully deliver the required outcomes.
Thorough knowledge of project management methodology, practices and principles.
Excellence at prioritising allocating and monitoring resource usage and finding improved ways to utilize resources.
Competent in business analysis, prioritising work, financial planning, budget and resource management.
Experience planning and organising work streams to meet timeframes.
