Project Engineer / Project Manager (Project Management Office), Simtech

Responsible for managing the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion. Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones. Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers. Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements Ability to demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in managing the project development with the project teams Lead, monitor and report the progress of a few projects to all internal and external stakeholders. Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk. Interact with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project life cycle Create and maintain project records in Project Management System Lead and support other operational activities of the Project Management Office as required JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor in any engineering / project management related discipline 2 to 4 years of project management experience in product development or research project would be preferable PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous Proactive team player and technically motivated to solve problems, innovate and deliver to internal and external customers Good interpersonal and communication skills Company information Registration No. T08GB0002C Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
