In this newly created role, you'll take overall responsibility for the leadership and mentorship of a small, dedicated team of project professionals, ensuring their ongoing development while embedding best practices across all project deliverables.
You'll guide your team in the successful delivery of small to medium-value projects and provide hands-on support for high-profile or high-value projects when needed, stepping in to lead and drive successful outcomes.Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you'll oversee the strategic direction and execution of our project management processes, including financial oversight, project planning, and managing relationships with key clients.
