Position: Project Controller
We are seeking an experienced Project Controller for multiple upcoming projects in the Gladstone Region.
While local candidates are preferred, FIFO arrangements are considered for Queensland-based candidates.
Expected start dates are around April/May.
Key Requirements

3-5 years of experience in project control roles within heavy industry, maintenance, or construction, with a strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance management.
Proficiency with planning, scheduling, and reporting software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Projects, or equivalent).
Ability to manage project budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess project performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation to ensure compliance with schedules.
