The Role:

Needed is a Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our busy Nelson office to be an active member of the Property & Buildings team and assist with achieving the goals and objectives set for the Property & Buildings Work Group.

Skills and Experience:
Project Management Qualification advantageous.
Preference for working knowledge of building compliance and the construction of buildings
Current clean Drivers Licence.
Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
A clear and effective communicator, both in writing and in person, and demonstrates understanding of the importance of regular and useful communication
Computer literate; proficient in Windows 7 or later, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
