Ko ta matou mahi - Our Role
The position ensures that project information in the project management system is accurate, robust, and up to date so reporting can be completed on time, and to a standard that enables quality decisions through to Kainga Ora Board level.
The position requires an experienced administrator willing to learn and has second to none attitude, has the ability to manage associated processes including data entry, retrieval and validation, and is conversant with best practice data uploading and integrity.

Strong presentation, computer and business skills
Sound knowledge of IT systems especially Oracle, IDP, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
Able to influence and work effectively with senior leadership, senior managers and multiple internal stakeholders
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Knowledge of the housing, property, and construction industry
Committed team player and organiser
