This is a senior leadership position requiring someone with a deep understanding of the New Zealand health sector, proven expertise in large-scale educational programme delivery, and the capability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.The successful candidate will join our Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for overseeing a dynamic programme serving up to 800-1,000 participants at any given time, with weekly intakes of approximately 100 participants, delivered entirely through online platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Programme OversightProvide strategic direction and leadership for the Health Leadership Micro-credential programme.Ensure programme alignment with Health NZ strategic priorities and sector needs.Participate as a member of the academyEX Executive Leadership TeamMonitor programme performance against key metrics and outcomesLead continuous improvement initiatives based on participant feedback and sector developmentsOperational Excellence & Quality AssuranceOversee all aspects of programme delivery, ensuring consistent quality and complianceMaintain rigorous quality assurance processes and standardsEnsure compliance with NZQA requirements and achieve learner outcomesManage programme accreditation and reaccreditation processesImplement and maintain robust reporting systems for internal and external stakeholdersOversee weekly intake processes and participant journey managementTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and manage a diverse team of 7-10 professionals including:Operations staffOnboarding and enrolment coordinatorsFacilitation and subject matter expertsMaori and Pacific support specialistsFoster a high-performance, collaborative
