The role
We have a fixed‐term opportunity until June **** for an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our change management practice within the Enterprise Portfolio Office, based in our Wellington offices, but could be open to Christchurch.
You will be accountable for supporting work on our Digital Programme with high‐quality, timely and efficient project coordination support.
This will include activities such as:
Project scheduling using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps
Issues and risk management
Drafting and maintaining project status reports and documentation
Organising meetings and taking minutes
Onboarding new team members
Handling procurement and finance queries
Managing monthly financial accruals

You will be highly organised, self‐managing, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a cross‐functional team who are located across Christchurch and Wellington.
You will be familiar with project management techniques and frameworks and be comfortable delivering results in a high‐paced environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following in your cover letter and CV:
A proven track record of at least 3+ years in a project/programme coordination role across a range of projects.
Strong understanding of project environments, including familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery approaches.
Proven track record of building strong working relationships across teams.
Examples where you've demonstrated, encouraged, or supported diversity and inclusion in or outside of work.
Knowledge and experience, or desire to learn and build knowledge and experience of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Māori, and engagement with local Iwi.
