Programme Coordinator

The opportunity:
We have some fantastic opportunities available for high level coordination support in our fun and performance driven Field, Food and Dairy Team. The main function of these roles is to provide support with nominated Quality Assurance programmes in accordance with accreditation requirements - supporting programme reporting, internal performance reporting, customer documentation, customer requests and issuing certificates.
These roles are integral in enabling our business to deliver programmes that are accurate, timely and customer focused.
About you:
Ideally you will have 2-3 years' post graduate experience in a senior administrative or planning/scheduling role. Prior experience and involvement within an accreditation or certification industry would be of benefit but is not essential.
As a team player, you will pride yourself on managing your time efficiently and effectively, you will be analytical with exceptional attention to detail and have great verbal and written communication skills. You are someone that uses your initiative, spots problems and makes improvements.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems easily is essential.
