We're looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to proactively advise and support team programme and project management within their assigned team. You'll work closely with the Corporate Services team to support organisation-wide planning and reporting, project delivery, procurement support, and governance.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
three to five years' experience in programme co-ordination;
proven planning and organising skills with an ability to prioritise and work on the right things at the right time;
experience in project planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting;
experience with project budgeting and forecasting;
experience in process improvements such as refreshing templates, keeping deliverables on track with processes, and reporting;
an understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools;
to be self-directed and proactive with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle several tasks and deadlines at once; and
strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
Ideally, you'll have knowledge of Parliament and the public sector. A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
