Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to join our Programme Operations Team in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law at AUT.
In this dynamic and people-focused role, you'll be a key contact for students and staff, supporting the student journey from enrolment through to graduation. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing the student experience through the delivery of effective administration processes and course guidance.
He korero mou | About you
Ideally, you'll bring proven experience in tertiary administration, along with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding student experience. Your ability to understand and navigate programme requirements will ensure students receive accurate, timely advice and feel supported throughout their academic journey.
You'll be known for your initiative, attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex processes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to manage your workload effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Most importantly you'll thrive as a collaborative team player who can balance your own responsibilities while contributing to shared team goals and embracing new ideas and change with a positive, pro-active mindset.
