Program Controller

A Program Controller role working for one of the largest separation programs in the financial services market

Your new company
A financial services giant who are going through major separation and transformation are looking for a Program Controller to report to a Strategy Director on a major transformation and separation. This is an ongoing contract role and is a great and rare opportunity for a Product Controller to join a massive piece of work for around 12 months as a minimum.

Your new role

Working with work stream and sub-stream leads on updating and maintaining list of key decisions
Provide update, feedback and, challenge to the work stream and sub-stream leads
Evaluate effectiveness of project governance framework and change management process
Track and manage decisions and outcomes to ensure project is moving at pace
Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams
Application and demonstration of knowledge and understanding of the projects impact (on people, process and technology) within the Group
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements
