Production Team Leader (fixed term 18-months) Cedenco Foods New Zealand Ltd Hastings Central, Hawkes Bay Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Cedenco Foods New Zealand Ltd is a NZ food ingredients manufacturer with modern processing facilities in Hastings and Gisborne. Cedenco supplies domestic and international customers with a diverse range of value-added natural plant-based ingredients. The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity at our Hastings site for a Team Leader to join our production team in our Fruit Ingredient FactoryReporting to the Production Manager, the role is responsible for:Managing shift performance and staffingProviding strong and effective leadershipEnsuring the factory is meeting the production schedule, safely, to item specification, and at throughput and recovery targets.Ensuring staff and trained to complete tasked safely. This is a challenging and varied role but also very rewarding for the right person.
