Were looking for someone to support the production team and help us get those products out into the world quickly, reliably and with impeccable quality standards.
Youll quality check our products, give feedback to suppliers, keep tabs on the production and delivery of samples, manage the workload in our test lab, negotiate samples and deliveries for our warehouse and prepare production plans for our suppliers on a weekly basis.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF...
Your ability to get sh*t done is one of your strongest assets. You are organized, logical and effective; you can make a plan and stick to it, ticking off your to-do list methodically. Your communication skills are strong and they will need to be as youll work with our design team, suppliers and courier services, jumping between them all to keep everything moving along as it should, picking up potential issues or inconsistencies before youve sat back in your chair.
You know your way around a computer, youre great with numbers and would thrive working within a collaborative team. You have recently graduated from University (probably engineering); have a general understanding of product quality control and inspection; and youre open to learning more about the standards and processes we apply here at Bellroy. Because, while you know your organization, communication and spreadsheet skills are strong, you also know you still have plenty to learn. Were all about learning, so youll fit right in here.
IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE:
Inspected pre-production samples and compared them against the quality inspection checklist, found the points for improvement and prepared feedback for suppliers
Worked with the product development team to discuss issues in a new design and found some solutions
Prepared a new quality inspection checklist for a new range of products and discussed it with your manager
Checked the weekly return reports for common issues that need more investigation
Worked with the warehouses to release a shipment that was on hold for quality concerns to make sure it was delivered to the recipient
Worked with our production planning team to prepare the weeks production plan and shared it with suppliers
Followed up new shipments with suppliers and updated required data centres
Organised a few shipments to be sent out from our HQ to the warehouse, and followed up with the warehouse to make sure it was processed on time
