Production Supervisor - Pic'S Really Good Peanut Butter

Pic's Really Good Peanut Butter, freshly roasted and lovingly squished right here in Nelson, are experiencing continued growth. They’re all settled into their purpose built factory but there’s still plenty going on including bringing an exciting new product to the market. To help them get this up and running they are on the hunt for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their team.

This newly created role will lead a small production team as they fine tune and roll out the production process. To really add value in this role you’ll have proven experience in a food manufacturing environment with food safety and HACCP knowledge and a good understanding of the ins and outs of setting up and operating a production process. It would also be beneficial if you have an understanding of lean manufacturing.

This is a busy, varied and hands on role so you’ll need to by physically fit with a natural mechanical aptitude, strong system skills and a practical hands on approach so you can problem solve on the go.
