As our new season fast approaches, Alliance Group are looking for skilled Production Supervisors to join our team at our large plant based in Invercargill reporting in to the Senior Supervisor. We are committed to being a leading provider of quality products and your role will be responsible for monitoring customer specifications, planning the production floor and staffing requirements to maximise efficiencies; and maintain a positive culture focussed on Health and Safety.
Due to the nature of our business we have both a permanent and a fixed term contract role available. There may be work available in the off season for the fixed term position but this may change depending on requirements.
Role Requirements:
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast paced food production plant
• Worked within budget and expenditure guidelines
• Great written and oral communication skills
• Previous use of computer based production programmes such as SAP
• Confident in your use of the MS Office suite
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test
