Our Penrose Paper Mill business based in Penrose Auckland, produces 100% recycled fluting for use in box manufacture and operates 24 hours per day 365 days per year.Reporting to the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor role is an integral part of the manufacturing business and is all about people leadership and managing improvement. This role is 12 hour rotating shifts, with four on four off shift.We are looking for an effective leader ideally with a background in the engineering or process fields who can deliver production results through the management of a multi-disciplinary team.
