Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Our Client is looking for a Production Planner to join their team. Participates in developing and renewing the POSS between the supply planning center/hub and the Plant including distribution network priorities Maintain master data for Raw & pack materials, finished products within the SFP network on APO, SAP R3 & OMP+, including PIPO activities, new product activations in APO/OMP+ Lanes and network maintenance as per the plant operating strategy system (POSS) & SLEA Conduct periodic master data audits and verify demand flow for products on plant level & DCs Identifies critical supply constraints and deployment risks to develop action plans that avoid service impacts with clear communication on FP Material availability dates to PD & supply risks to availability planner in the weekly touchpoint Measures & drives Continual Improvement (CI) via daily/weekly/monthly standard work processes. Determine deployment priorities and assign inventory for products within the SFP Network and releasing to load builder respecting the cutoff time to support efficient replenishment of products Maintains valid production in OMP for the Planning Time fence Communicates the Master Production Schedule with Site Operations and resolves conflicting priorities. Participate in decision making & management of: Safety stocks, Non-Performing Inventory & run outs within THE network Works closely with the plant SPOC on Master production schedule (MPS) adherence and in resolving all issues affecting the production throughput and hence FP availability Works different scenarios for production to ensure meeting the month end inventory target/GP for the existing month and proper availability on SKU level for plant and respective distribution network Responsible for the IBA assessment for the markets sourced from his/her plant Aligns Initiative execution and PIPO details with Category IOL to ensure a smooth launch and avoid NPI in the site and Network Provide what to ship to physical distribution Timely respecting the cut off times. Leads mitigation plans with PD in case of potential out of stocks in any of the replenished P&G DCs or in case of late availability of products in the plant for the direct export customers shipments Acts as the SPOC between his/her supply chain and the Availability planners, CSO and CBDL for the SMOs sourced from his/her sourcing plant to share updates/resolve issues on orders. Follow-up with Key Resources regarding Past Due Elements for designated product. Contributes to the plant related Case Fill Rate Root Cause analysis & category communication for products within their Network Communicates material requirements plans to suppliers and resolves conflicts. Maintains valid material plans in SAP throughout the 18-month horizon. Participates in renewing supplier SLEA's with MSM resources Identifies critical material supply constraints and develops action plans to avoid production and service impacts Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
