They pride themselves on delivering high-quality and reliable solutions for their clients.Main Duties:We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the team in Christchurch.
In this role, you will oversee the manufacturing operations of their concrete civil engineering projects.
You will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Oversee the production of wet-cast precast products, piping, and manhole products.Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production.Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.More than 5 years of production manager experience.Proven experience in managing complex manufacturing environments.Demonstrated experience in managing manufacturing operations, particularly in production or engineering functions.Competitive salary and benefits package.
