The Production Manager will be an excellent leader who inspires, supports and motivates the team to deliver exceptional results. This is achieved through a professional, ethical and persuasive approach to achieving standards and targets for all manufacturing activities. The role will focus mainly on the Christchurch branch with oversight of activities in Tauranga. (In collaboration with the Tauranga Site Manager). The role is based in Christchurch.ABOUT YOUIdeally, you'll have previous production management experience in a manufacturing environment. You'll revel in the challenge of effectively and accurately managing your time to continually deliver your production targets on time.
