Production Manager | Fashion

SMAART Recruitment have partnered with an established and successful fashion retailer and wholesaler. Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a hands on Production Manager to join their team.

Your team

Your team are passionate, motivated and dedicated. They have all had some experience working within the production & design space before but there is still so much for them to learn.

They need a hands on leader who can act as a sounding board for any questions they may have, no matter how ridiculous. You are well versed across all areas of production, design and management, so this is second nature to you.

Your team is made up of production coordinators, garment techs and fashion designers. There is a mixed level of experience in the team and so much potential. They are all sponges who want to learn and will take on your constructive feedback!

Key requirements
Previous experience managing and leading a production & design team within a growing fashion wholesaler/retailer is a MUST!
A strong understanding of the end to end production and design process (stretch fabric is a plus!)
A can-do, will-do, this-is-how-I-will-do-it attitude! We need someone who puts words into actions & gets results.
