Production Manager

$90-100k salary + $10k performance bonus

About the Role:
Permanent Position
- Working alongside leadership, an existing team of operational engineers, machine operators and associated team members
- You will be dealing with every element of the production of products for our client
- Working on long term program improvements
- Ensure any changes to manufacturing and infrastructure processes re planned and executed
- Health and Safety Representative in the
Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing a team of 20-30 people in hands on role
- Analyse and critically asses where production can be improved
- Natural ability to lead and motivate
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Take pride in presentation
- Must have experience working in pharmaceuticals
