Production Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Staff management, rostering, timesheets, etc.
Working through plans and delegating work to team
Quality control, minimising waste, overseeing work, etc.
Procurement of raw materials and consumables: Timber, aluminum, fixings, etc.
Inventory maintenance/stocktake
Health & Safety, factory, and machine maintenance

You have production/engineering/manufacturing within a similar environment (windows/joinery/aluminum, engineering, doors/gates etc.)
You have proven exceptional leadership, planning, organising, and management skills
You are highly technical and come with hands-on machine operating skills, as well as the desire to get stuck in when needed
You are confident in your abilities and eager to streamline and implement your own manufacturing systems/processes as production increases
