Production Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

This role entails working in a challenging environment, often under high pressure and having to deal with conflicting priorities, to ensure the contract is managed in an efficient and effective manner. The Production Manager position therefore requires the individual to plan, organise, and prioritise their work to meet targets and strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders. The Production Manager will also need to develop effective working relationships with the whole team and business support functions.

Food production management within the hospitality industry including developing and implementing operational systems and processes

Experience in a food production business including the ability to review business reports, and other performance data to measure goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement

Experience managing individuals, coaching, training, developing and influencing teams

Ideally experience in new business start ups

Knowledge, experience and competency with food safety and food processing
