Production Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Ensure production schedule is met and product is produced in full, on time and in specification
Production is planned and managed to ensure cost effective and efficient manufacture of product
Product standards, procedures and quality-control programs are implemented and adhered to
Identify and lead continuous improvement activities to improve efficiencies
Work to and create production budgets
Evaluate and manage the performance of production personnel

Proven experience as a system driven Production Manager (5+ years)
Previous experience in a Senior Management, including an infant formula manufacturing role
Demonstrated technical knowledge of operating a nutritional plant, including automation
Proven experience developing and leading effective change management practices and continuous improvement activities
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting
Proven leadership experience, managing large teams
Good understanding of quality standards and health and safety
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
